Contributors may or may not flag the copyright of their files. LAKWATCHA is not liable for any duplication or reproduction, in other publications or media, of any submitted works (especially those that are not copyrighted).

Any uploaded image will not be edited in terms of color, and content among others, without the owner’s approval. LAKWATCHA Creative staff will only crop or resize image to suit aesthetic needs.

FOR WRITE UPS (BLOGS, FICTION, PROSE, POETRY, FEATURE ARTICLES, AND WHATNOT)

After the contributor’s work has been selected, LAKWATCHA will be responsible only for reproducing the contributor’s article/work on our magazine and/or website.

Any submitted works will be reproduced only in the magazine and/or website  and not in any other means of publication.

Previously published articles may be reprinted. Please see guidelines on the right.
